Style over substance is never a good decision.
Lets get the obvious past, this is not a fun game. Nothing about it is difficult, all the items are used once, and nothing is interesting. It uses one color, gray, and to be honest, I did not enjoy it. I noticed the end song was the music box version of lilium, and could not help but think the normal version would have been better. In summation, it was very underwhelming in my opinion, with simple brainless puzzles and no real story that would intrigue a mind.
impressive, but needs work
people are ignoring the huge walrus in the room here, each "genre" consists of three or so bands. I never knew that the only metal bands on earth were metalica, System of A Down and Slipknot. Diversity is the key, I would rather have one song from various bands over the entire album listing of three bands.
This seems to primarily be a problem with the metal genre, pressing the shuffle button will help mix it up. I'll look into it though.
I dont know how but i beat it.
Well, this game is stupid hard, I beat it with 2 seconds left, the catch the theif game being the worst of all of them, that said, the games were all simple, stupid, and the only thing stringing them together was that you had a small ammount of time to solve it all,
now this surprises me, the way I beat the 3rd boss was using the dash jump attack which made him go in to his little rage mode and i just did that over and over and over again.
story is interesting bur horribly conveyed
I love the concept, but the horrible cut scenes make it not worth it, the animation is minimal and sometimes its like watching a picture with audio, the worst part is the comic bookish cut scenes where you have to watch this retard faced idiot drone his lines in one incoherent background. Also, why the hell would anyone who was smart enough to invent time travel cause a paradox? Seriously, that is the easiest route to a paradox. No one would do that. Also serious lag issues would show up whenever you repeat levels.
nice, funny and all that,
but ummmm how did this get to #1??? No insult to your work but...its a mainly black and white stick figure comedy. I dont know either way its worth a go definatly
Hey, I was as surprised as you!
yay a game that uses real tactic!
I loved this game, every aspect of it, the fact that you must use tactics, the fact that you must change them, all of it, my only issues are that you only control the bristol which was a good choice but i wanted to control more, next the medal system was based on damage, which is ok in theory left more to be desired
an attempt to be starcraft but failing in the end.
the graphics were great and everything but thats it, the horrible horrible horrible controls ruin what could have been a great game. I have to make a referance to starcraft attack buttons which gives ure units a destination and orders to kill anything they see on the way or you can target a specific enemy to kill that one this only has a very clunky attack system which only works when it feels like it, you have been bashing reviewers comments on this control system blaming computers but in reality you just programmed a faulty game, also with only four units for each race (and a few heros) you keep army customization down to max all the units and go, then there is the orc clairvoyance spell, because of this and idiotic AI i could spawn an outpost in their base spawn a barraks make 20 towers and then rush their base with units until everything falls down. I dont see this being anything more then a broken game in an inflated market of games that do exactly what this does but better, fix the controls, add more units, balance it
a bit of potential wasted -_-
ok, so first off, it was just sad how kid oriented this was, no bad things happen beyond an uh oh! Also, the final boss was so easy, finaly you put all the solutions to problems in the same damn room 90% of the time, it was rediculous, it all added up to use all your items until something works, and if it does not look behind a tree. The graphics were ok...nothing amazing but ok. I wont lie, i almost did not wanna finish this game it was so stupid. I can see the effort, but it just was put in such a bland way, there is no way this could be given any more then a 6.
Good criticism drmigit2, a bit rough although, it will help us anyway. Thank you.
beat the game...i feel like a champion of geeks
its great. but level 4 and 5 of part 5 and the end of the seppiku tower made me want to punch all of you in the face :P
